No! Our team will do all of the heavy lifting and removal from wherever the junk is located. We'll remove items from inside your home, garage, attic, basement, backyard, or anywhere else on your property. However, if you're able to move items to your curb or driveway, we offer a curbside discount of $25. This discount applies when all items are already outside and easily accessible, reducing our labor time.

No. Although sometimes it is helpful, it is not always necessary for you do be present. If the junk is clearly identified and accessible (on the curb, porch, backyard or driveway) we can complete the removal without you being present. However, with property clean outs, estate clean outs, etc. We ask for someone to be there to specify what needs to be removed. To ensure we only remove what you want gone.
